Looking forward to long-term partnership and good relations we have created support service. It makes possible testing of slow development projects or those having large intervals between versions.

After we have release the product and the contract is finished you have ability to support the quality of your product. If you make some minor changes, there is no need in the full testing. That is why you could hire us as a support team that will be able to retest your project from time to time and report issues and bugs.

We also provide user support service of some products that we have tested before. Our people are very technical and could help to solve the problem by themselves or to create helpdesk request on customer?s side. Support could be by voice, email, chatting, helpdesk system. We could arrange call transferring to our location or email forwarding.
